In-House Option: Global Payroll Engine
For customers who wish to run payroll in-house, PCC offers a uniquely designed payroll engine that fully adopts Fusion HCM payroll processes, payroll concepts, terminology, functionality and database structure. This allows for simplified integration and ensures an identical user experience between Oracle HCM Cloud and the Payroll Module in PCC.

Users are guided with a graphical, easy-to-use interface and can track their progress in each cycle, pick up from where they left off and finally view and correct results. Multiple payrolls and business units are supported, where cycles for the period of each payroll are defined at business unit level directly from Oracle Fusion HCM.
Countries with built-in payroll legislations have their payroll legislative reporting requirements defined and configured as per the country standard templates and formats. The built-in reporting engine allows for the configuration and customisation of reports as per clients’ specific requirements.
